Post-Quantum Kampung | SINCON 2025

At the Post-Quantum Kampung, we take a hands-on approach to let participants try out post-quantum and quantum-safe technologies.

For those new to quantum, they can learn about quantum threats and be aware of ways to mitigate them.

For those who are more technically motivated, they can try out working prototypes of post-quantum solutions and explore how they can start such initiatives within their organisation.

For executives, they can understand the risks behind quantum computing and get updates on industry developments and timelines.

On display will be post-quantum solutions, including

  1. Post-quantum TLS, SSH

  2. FIPS203 MLKEM encryption of web pages and emails

  3. Secure communications using QKD keys.

Post Quantum Exhibits

  1. Post-Quantum Protocols: TLS & SSH. We will set up (and explain how to set up) post-quantum TLS and post-quantum SSH, and show how to verify that they have been set up correctly.

  2. Protecting Data from Harvest-Now-Decrypt-Later (HNDL): We will explain the HNDL threat, show how to use MLKEM to encrypt data on web pages, emails so that the data is protected against HNDL.

  3. QKD protocols: We will explain QKD, describe the ETSI QKD 014 API standard, and discuss how to integrate it into existing enterprises.
