Abstract

As we take a shift-left approach to improve enterprise resiliency, let’s take a look at the various stages of the software supply chain and understand security gaps that should be considered. We will look at the 3 pillars of security – people, process and technology; and will also deep dive into Application Security Testing and the role developers play in building secure applications and services at scale and speed.


About Niel Pandya & Jeremy Chua

NIEL PANDYA has over 20 years’ experience in IT with half of that focused on Security, initially with Government Agency Projects in the UK such as MOD, MOJ and Benefits Agency and later with a technology vendor in ASEAN – where he was Business Development and Pre-sales lead for Data Security, IAM and System Management.


Niel contributes regularly at several forums including Govware, ISACA, Protect Philippines and Cloud Expo - sharing his passion for Security and Data Privacy.


JEREMY CHUA is the regional Security Architect with Micro Focus, specialising in application security and data security.


He has more than 10 years of experience in software engineering and security.


He graduated with B.Eng Electronic Engineering and M.Sc Management of Technology. He got several professional security certifications including CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, CEH and ECSA.
