The Beauty of Remote Code Execution (RCE)
Abstract
This talk will cover the basics of Remote Code Execution (RCE).
We will be looking at common vulnerabilities which make RCEs possible and how we exploit them from an attacker standpoint.
We will also be looking at attack chains: Is it possible to escalate an XSS to RCE?
The talk will end with looking into the future where SSRFs in cloud environments might become even more critical than classic RCEs.
